Erin did a great job of listening to how I wanted my hair cut. It's always easy to schedule here (my primary reason for switching), and I never have to wait when I come in for a haircut. I haven't explored any other services but plan to in the future.
Seems easier to schedule online than in person. (more appointments available, I have canceled appointments in the front that didn't get canceled in the system properly, etc.) Easy enough solution though - just do your appointment scheduling online! So glad it's available.

Madison was fine
I thought the peal was complimentary. I thought this would have been noted on the appointment. The lady at the desk quoted a price. I realized that the birthday discount was not taken into account, so I showed her the email. But the peal was all verbal when I made the appointment over the phone.

I liked my cut and color. Natalie did a beautiful job. I got a special offer card that allows you to try some of the services at a discount as a way to introduce you to their salon. Good idea but....
Evening receptionist was rude and condescending both times. And they want $80 for a shoulder length one process color but you have to pay extra to get your hair blown dry completely afterward?? They gave me what they call a "rough dry" which simply means they give you about 5 mins of waving a blow dryer through your hair and then out the door you go. So I went out in the cold and dark with a damp head.

I came in to get a haircut after not having one for 2 years! A mom of 2 under 4 makes it really hard to get out of the house. Anyway, I booked an appointment with Alex and she was AMAZING! She made me feel pretty again and confident. I am grateful for her kindness and positive attitude. I chopped off more than a foot of hair and couldn't feel better, such a huge weight lifted off my shoulders! Literally. Since it is hard for me to get out and pamper myself as much as I'd like to, it's been a while since I have been back for a trim. But honestly, I haven't had to. My hair is growing out great and it still looks and feels healthy. But when I do need a trim or a new hairstyle, I will be back for sure to see Alex.

I booked a perm and instead of telling me that my hair wasn’t healthy enough, she continued to perm my hair asking me to sign a perm form so they are not liable for damage. I trusted them to let me know if i should proceed or not any ways i recieved noodle hair and 60$ hair cut paid a total of 300$ to make me look like LA LA LOOPSIE ! Never go again or recommend
