Another wonderful haircut by Dena - she understands my hair and also what I want. As always - I love my haircut!!
The only negative thing I can say is that sometimes the salon is very noisy, though this last time it was not so noisy.

The staff are all so professional and knowledgeable, and I felt absolutely cared for—feeling cared for is a rare and precious luxury. Oh yeah, and the services that I received (Deluxe Haircut package) were perfect! My hair feels and looks amazing! Diane made it possible for me to feel like a new woman, and, in these stressful times, I was able to leave the Spa feeling recharged, restored, and affirmed. I needed this! (Then again, don’t we all!) <3 <3 <3

So far every time I visit my experience has been pleasant, however this past Thursday during my color/cut I did not get a pre- head massage. I got one prior to Thursday and it felt divine. If this is something the colorist do before each session, can management remind them to do it because it is truly amazing. Also, I like my hairline preped before color... I truly enjoy your salon. Thank you

Extreme appreciation for DINA taking my appt and the wonderful color, highlights and cut she did, my hit looks terrific, and cudos for everyone who came and washed me and gave me a nice sugar hand scrub and showed me the benefits of the oils, it was an enjoyable experience

Good service relaxing "spa" like atmosphere. The service made me over look my terrible haircut
Was unhappy with my haircut, another hairdresser "fixed" it yet it was still very uneven. Had to go back to my original hairdresser for her to fix it, leaving my hair a lot shorter than I wanted, due to the numerous cuts.

Front desk staff was very friendly, atmosphere was very inviting.
The back of my shirt was very wet after my haircut, pretty uncomfortable until it dried. My stylist wasn't happy with my when I asked her to fix a few things with the haircut. They forgot to do the makeup touchup, I had to ask if I do it myself or if they do it. It was my first time there.
