For the 1st time visit it was okay. I liked what was done to my hair and the expert advice I received from the man who was there helping the women who was doing my service. He was knowledgeable, put me at ease and really helped me with my spa experience! Thank You.
I did not like how the young lady kept talking with another of the spa employees while I was her client. Tell me if you are going to leave me for awhile, while you have your conversation with another person. This was while I was getting a hand massage. I did not know what I was suppose to do. I also feel like I did not receive all that was noted on that card. There was a mention of some make up advice? So I feel like for the $60 card, then the $120 hair service. (all together $180.00) it was/is a bit much. Will I return? I do not know right now. And I have not referred anyone there as well. Thank You.

Hi Sunny, I am glad to hear that the gentleman helping you made your experience better! I am sorry to hear that your technician made you feel uncomfortable. Thank You for your feedback. We always strive to make your experience a great one. We will definately coach on clearer communication at the bar. You should have been told that your technician would be with another guest, and that someone would be right over to give you a complementary hand treatment. I am also sorry to hear that you did not consider your service a good value. The sixty dollars for the price of the card includes four services, not just the one that you received on that day.
