I asked Miakela for an extra styling with a blow dry because we were going to meet a client - she came through like a champ. Also, Kayleen provided the head and neck massage, which was outstanding. Thanks to everyone at Casa Verde for superb service.

My stylist is amazing and it always wonderful to see how the other stylist are so kind and caring with their clients, most impressively with their elderly and disabled clients.
The electricity went out during my appointment--not a problem at all, things happen, however when I called back to settle my account the receptionist was not very friendly and it took ~10 minutes to pay the bill. Unfortunately I feel like the customer service at the front desk is REGULARLY the most unpleasant part of my visit.

Wonderful salon experience. Appointment started on time. Definitely appreciated the complimentary scalp message with essential oils and the hand exfoliating treatment and massage. Every member of their staff that I encountered was courteous, warm and friendly.
They charge extra to blow dry and style after a cut or color, which I have never seen before. If you opt out of that service you get a rough/partial dry. The prices are on the high end, especially for haircuts that don’t include a blowout/style, however I think it is worth paying extra for Aveda color and the mini spa treatments they include.

My experience is always excellent at Casa Verde. Emilee listens to what I want and always delivers the best results. She has a warm and caring customer service attitude.
I cannot think of any negatives today, although I might suggest a warmer color on the walls and warmer lighting which would be more flattering to the client and possibly more soothing.
