Front desk staff was very friendly, atmosphere was very inviting.
The back of my shirt was very wet after my haircut, pretty uncomfortable until it dried.
My stylist wasn't happy with my when I asked her to fix a few things with the haircut.
They forgot to do the makeup touchup, I had to ask if I do it myself or if they do it. It was my first time there.
