Ill never come back for any hair service with Dena as she tends to do what Dena feels is her way and NOT THE CUSTOMER!! I came in for a color and cut BUT was specifically NOT wanting more than inch off and instead about five inches were taken off. I’ll never get that length back right away and the worst part of this terrible experience was DENA DIDNT CARE NOR APOLOGIZE FOR HER MISTAKE! I left distraught and crying and she only made excuse after excuse why she did what she did! It took three times for her to listen and finally admit she was wrong after I had to explain our discussion before she started on my hair. The owner saw my color and cut did apologize for DENA outrageous haircut which mind you was so all over the place and didn’t even know how to layer. The owner bought me off to stop complaining in front of other customers by providing with a gift card to another Aveda shop. I didn’t take but I did go elsewhere and that stylist had a very hard time correcting her mistakes on my hair BUT didn’t an excellent job at doing the best she could with what she had after DENA DID SO HORRIBLE. I’ll never recommend this salon. Maybe that’s why they have new owners and a new philosophy

I booked a perm and instead of telling me that my hair wasn’t healthy enough, she continued to perm my hair asking me to sign a perm form so they are not liable for damage. I trusted them to let me know if i should proceed or not any ways i recieved noodle hair and 60$ hair cut paid a total of 300$ to make me look like LA LA LOOPSIE ! Never go again or recommend

I came in for to remove a few inches and much more taken off. Not only is it much too short, it is not cut well so it is hard to style. I am very upset. I got the haircut for an up and coming trip but now I will be wearing hats.

Over priced place my wife got her hair cut twice there and both times the screwed her hair up we told them all we had was 25 dollars for a simple cut then they still charged us on top of the 25 another 30. Who the he'll pays 60 for a hair cut not worth it they make it seem so good but at the end it's not worth it you can go to a great clips and get the same quality hair cut for half the price and they will do a hell of a lot better then the people at casa Verde does

I am very disappointed, I have been getting my hair cut at Casa Verde for over 10 years. I HAVE NEVER been disappointed. My HAIR CUT LOOKS TERRIBLE, I HAVE TO GO BACK AND FIX IT. The stylist (Alex) was really nice BUT she was very inexperienced. She even had to ask another stylist (Denna SP?) how to start my cut and even had her help her TRY to fix it. I might not have given her the correct information on how I wanted my cut but she should have still been able to cut my hair in a way that isn't messed up. At one point I told her to just go shorter because she already screwed up and she panicked and just cut and it looks ridiculous, its not blended and I look like an idiot. I didn't want to be rude to her because she was nice but I ended up paying $56 for the haircut and I feel totally ripped off, I even tipped her $10 because I didn't want to be a jerk. I just wanted to leave and I did not want her to touch my hair, I was really freaked out. I could have gone to supercuts and got a better cut. She told me she had only been at Casa Verde for 5 months, does that mean 5 months new to cutting hair? I have never complained before and it puts me in such an awkward position, I do not like complaining about things but this is embarrassing. I am hoping it will be remedied tomorrow and I am not paying. I should actually be compensated for my time that I have to take to get it fixed. I am glad that I am not against having to take off more length to fix it. I am just really upset that I have been walking around for a week with a really bad hair cut.
