So far every time I visit my experience has been pleasant, however this past Thursday during my color/cut I did not get a pre- head massage. I got one prior to Thursday and it felt divine. If this is something the colorist do before each session, can management remind them to do it because it is truly amazing. Also, I like my hairline preped before color... I truly enjoy your salon.
